ChatRx is on-demand virtual urgent care for 39 acute infections. Physician-led, AI-assisted, asynchronous. $25 flat fee. No insurance, no waiting rooms, no video visits. 24/7 access. Available in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. Patients complete a symptom assessment from their phone or computer. Physicians from the ChatRx Medical Group oversee every case, and when treatment is appropriate, the prescription goes to the patient's chosen pharmacy. The $25 flat fee covers the visit, the prescription, and a work or school note. A standalone $10 option is available for patients who only need a note. About 65% of assessments don't result in a prescription. Assessments are free in those cases. ChatRx doesn't push treatment when it isn't appropriate. ChatRx extends physician-led virtual urgent care to the populations partner organizations serve, without staffing, EHR integration, or operational lift on the partner side. Partners include independent pharmacies, colleges/universities, K-12 schools and IACS networks, hospitals and health systems, employers and workforce programs, and community healthcare organizations.
