About CHESTNUT BIOPOLYMERS
Chestnut Bio replaces persistent fossil-based plastics with non-persistent plastics that breakdown to biomass, water and C02. We start with feedstocks made from sugar that are produced on a commercial scale. We produce a diverse range of bespoke formulations to match your technical requirements. These blends can then be injection moulded, or extruded to film, filament or sheet. Where ever they end up, whatever their end of life, the microbes in the world consume the material leaving only biomass water and CO2. 100% biodegradation guaranteed with zero toxins, zero micro plastics and zero persistent waste.
