Our founder spent much of her career in this space including nearly a decade inside Grant Thornton and BKD (now part of Forvis Mazars, a top 10 global network). A strong partnership with hiring leaders, internal HR and talent acquisition, executive leadership and candidates alike is the ecosystem that results in strong hires that make a positive lasting impact. We believe in listening to what a candidate is actually looking for in their next move. We listen first and then advise Managing Partners and CFOs on a hiring strategy and candidate slate.
