Circular Action Alliance (CAA) is a nonprofit U.S. Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) dedicated to implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging. CAA helps producers comply with state EPR requirements while working with governments, businesses and communities to improve recycling systems, reduce waste and advance a circular economy. CAA develops and operates EPR programs, administers producer compliance services and supports investments in recycling, reuse and waste reduction infrastructure. Active across multiple states, CAA collaborates with producers and interested parties to build effective, transparent and accountable systems for managing paper and packaging under state oversight in the United States.
