Community Development Partners announced that Mai will present Julia West House, a finalist for the Council on Vertical Urbanism (CVU) Award in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion category, as it competes for the grand prize.

Community Development Partners (CDP) is an experienced multifamily and mixed-use developer dedicated to creating and preserving vibrant housing communities. Formed in 2011 by leaders in housing development, CDP currently has projects in California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona with plans for expansion into Washington.
