COMPTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT visited Bursch Elementary, stopping at Stop 13 of 32 schools.

The Compton Unified School District is located in the south central region of Los Angeles County, California, and encompasses the city of Compton and portions of the cities of Carson and Los Angeles. The district currently serves nearly 16,000 students at 36 sites: twenty-one elementary schools, eight middle schools, five comprehensive high schools and five alternative schools.
