Tailored by role level, with bespoke sessions for leaders and Senior Managers (SMFs). We go well beyond tick-box training: real, practical scenarios that equip your people to handle difficult situations with confidence, and messaging that builds a culture of respect rather than a compliance chore. Risk Assessments. Practical, tailored assessments on harassment and workplace culture that help you foster a culture of continuous improvement — designed around the equality and regulatory landscape, including the preventative duties on harassment. Policies & Frameworks. We help you turn your standards into clear, human, readable policies across whistleblowing, anti-harassment and dignity at work. Our focus is communication and culture: plain-English frameworks that express how your firm expects people to behave. Conduct Counsel is founded by Alison Sneddon, a solicitor who is regulated by the SRA. Our services are not provided as a solicitor or law firm and do not constitute regulated legal work. As such, the SRA minimum-terms for professional indemnity insurance, access to the SRA Compensation Fund and Legal Ombudsman complaint routes do not apply.
