Constructionarium Ltd expanded its professional development offer with a new series of short courses designed to support managers and supervisors at the start of their careers.

At Constructionarium, we believe the best way to learn is by doing. We deliver unique, immersive construction training that turns theory into practice through hands-on learning. Working with universities, employers and the wider construction industry, our programmes support students, apprentices, graduates, early careers professionals and experienced personnel in developing the skills needed to succeed. Participants plan, manage and construct scaled versions of iconic civil engineering and infrastructure projects within a safe, realistic site environment. Alongside technical knowledge, they develop leadership, teamwork, communication, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to developing the next generation of construction professionals while helping employers build stronger teams. As a CITB Approved Training Organisation and CPD-certified provider, we deliver accredited courses alongside bespoke technical, supervisory, leadership and team development programmes. Our unique 19-acre construction site simulator is unlike anything else in the UK. Flexible and adaptable, it can replicate almost any construction scenario, creating practical learning experiences that meet the changing needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors.
