About Coordle- Group Travel Logistics Platform

Coordle (Techstars ’23) is a B2B group travel technology platform built for destinations, tourism organizations, sports commissions, and organizations managing complex hosted travel. We make FAM tours, hosted buyer trips, media and influencer trips, site visits, sports tourism travel, and other group experiences easier to build, manage, and communicate. Managing these trips still requires far too much manual work. Hosts are juggling different participant schedules, individual appointments, transportation, lodging, documents, locations, partners, and last-minute changes, often across spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, and multiple platforms. Coordle brings the entire trip into one place. Hosts can manage group and individual itineraries, send real-time announcements, organize documents and locations, manage food orders, and keep participants informed without having to piece everything together manually. Participants get the information relevant to their experience, even when everyone on the trip is not doing the same thing at the same time. Coordle is designed around a simple idea: more tourism and more hosted travel should not automatically mean more manual work for destination teams. By making trip management easier, faster, and more collaborative, Coordle gives hosts more time to focus on the relationships and experiences that actually make these trips valuable. And because Coordle is web-based, participants don't have to download another app just to participate in a trip.
