As the only agency in San Mateo County solely dedicated to helping those affected by domestic violence, CORA has been providing free and confidential intervention and prevention services for four decades. From counseling, to emergency housing, to legal assistance, our services are designed to provide safety, support, and healing. We strive to create a community where intimate partners are treated with respect, compassion and integrity, and where any form of relationship abuse is not tolerated. By initiating an informed public dialogue around the issue of intimate partner abuse - be it physical, emotional, financial, sexual or spiritual - we are addressing and preventing it, now and for generations to come.
