Clear, purposeful communication that helps public sector and charity teams make a real difference. With over 20 years experience, I love to work with organisations with a purpose, a mission, to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I've worked on children's mental health, end of life, dementia, safeguarding; the subjects and areas where support is most needed. I love working with people, being curious, asking questions to see where what I do can add value, and help change things for the better. I am passionate about accessible and inclusive communications, to help more people access information they need in the way they need it to be. I run workshops, training sessions and team days and always open to exploring this with a team or organisation.  AI, yes I said it, is also a passion of mine, learning each day how it can help while maintaining a pragmatic view on its use. But it's here and we need to learn how to use and live with it.
