When climate tech companies shut down, their IP, experimental data, and engineering knowledge disappear. CTRL-S exists to change that. CTRL-S acquires intellectual property, experimental data, and technical know-how from climate tech companies that are winding down, restructuring, or unable to commercialize. We conduct expert diligence on every asset and make it available to energy companies, industrials, and partners across adjacent sectors that can further evaluate, develop, deploy, and scale the technology. We're starting with direct air capture, where over $2.3 billion in private capital has been invested since 2018 and where the need is most acute. But the underlying problem is broader: hard-won climate tech innovation is being lost at exactly the moment when it's needed most. Our founding team includes Climeworks' former IP Lead and RMI's former DAC Lead. Every acquisition is independently reviewed by an expert committee of leading DAC scientists and commercial practitioners before being made available. If you're a founder with technology that shouldn't disappear, a corporate or industrial player looking for access to validated climate tech IP, or an investor who thinks this is worth building, we'd welcome a conversation. info@ctrlsclimate.com | ctrlsclimate.com
