danceSing has been selected as a finalist in the Digital Engagement category at the 2027 National Activity Awards

danceSing is an evidenced based digital wellbeing platform designed to support healthy ageing in senior living and care settings. Our work brings together movement, music and calm nervous system practices to support mobility, confidence, mood and connection for older adults. The platform is designed for real world care environments, making it easy to embed consistent and accessible wellbeing into daily routines. danceSing includes a dedicated digital radio station for senior living alongside a curated library of on demand programmes covering movement, dance, yoga, Pilates, strength, balance, falls prevention and guided calm. Content is adaptable, inclusive and suitable for a wide range of abilities and health conditions. We are a research active organisation and work in collaboration with the University of Stirling. Our content is developed alongside healthcare professionals, wellbeing specialists and experts in longevity and ageing, ensuring programmes are grounded in evidence and informed by lived experience. danceSing also supports the wellbeing of care staff and professional teams through structured digital wellbeing resources that fit alongside busy working environments. Supporting staff wellbeing is essential to sustainable care and positive culture. At our core, danceSing is tech enabled and human led. We partner closely with organisations to integrate wellbeing in a way that feels practical, calm and meaningful, supporting quality of life for residents, staff and communities.
