This Wirral family firm, established in 1844, is one of only nine remaining British butchers with in-house slaughterhouse facilities. Their traditional methods and commitment to quality enable them to specialise in the very best meat from local, free-range, British, native, and rare-breed livestock.   Our dining experience evolves throughout the day, transforming from a bright breakfast venue and busy lunch service to an intimate, candlelit dinner destination.
