Founded by executive coach Karla Schlaepfer M.A., DesignChange combines what is still rare in the market: deeply credentialed human coaching, real AI expertise, Design Thinking methodology, and bilingual English and German delivery for the DACH market. At the center of this work is a simple but powerful belief: in a world where AI can generate answers, leaders still need to think clearly, decide consciously, and lead with humanity. That is why DesignChange helps clients build not only skills, but confidence, reflection, and sound judgment. A key part of the approach is the 4 Cs framework: Clarity, Connection, Curiosity, and Courage. These four elements help leaders slow down their thinking where needed, widen perspective, strengthen relationships, and make better decisions in complex environments. Whether the topic is leadership, communication, team dynamics, innovation, or the responsible use of AI, the goal is always practical progress with real human depth. DesignChange bridges two worlds that are often kept apart. On one side are purely AI-driven offers that may be efficient but often lack nuance, context, and trust. On the other side is traditional coaching that can be insightful, but is not always fluent in today’s digital and AI realities. DesignChange brings these worlds together in a way that is reflective, future oriented, and grounded in real business challenges. This work is further supported by MirandAI, a secure coachbot developed in Germany. MirandAI extends reflection and learning between sessions and offers a responsible, practical way to deepen the coaching process while keeping people at the center. DesignChange works with leaders who want to stay capable, credible, and more human in times of rapid change.
