Digital Scorecard rolled out the Market Authority Index with two pillars and four components, including Human Authority and Structural Confidence, following the Q2 Benchmarks and adding over 100 evaluations to cover more subsectors.

The Index measures positioning clarity, third-party proof, trust infrastructure, and structural confidence across 100 points. Over 700 brands have been reviewed to date. TrustPoint: this product turns verified customer outcomes into trusted proof. Rather than relying on marketing claims, TrustPoint captures what actually happens after someone buys, giving brands evidence that stands up to scrutiny from both human buyers and AI recommendation engines. Digital Scorecard Framework: our original framework that shows how a business can use digital for growth. It maps the complete customer journey, highlights where a business is performing well and where it can improve, and provides a personalised starting point for digital strategy and a solid business design. We work directly with brands seeking to do better and answer the question for their clients as to why they should buy from them as opposed to all the other options available to them, with agency partners through our Agency Partner Programme, and with sector stakeholders through bespoke Sector Intelligence reports.
