Drs Schuster & Oxley confirmed that Ian Tyler has been appointed as bp's new Chair.

Schuster and Oxley are long time collaborators and former work colleagues, who have gone through the ups and downs of some the most ‘press covered’ corporate events of the last 20 years. While they have successfully navigated a combined 75 years in senior global business roles across four continents, they are determined futurists, advocates for next generation talent, pioneers of new approaches to work and careers, and enthusiasts for what a digital world will enable. They hold collectively five graduate degrees including two doctorates in Economics and Organizational Change. They cite their academic training as one reason why they have been successful in navigating major business and professional challenges. However, it is a with a keen eye to pragmatism and relevance that they write. As Drs Schuster and Oxley, they have set out to address a number of subjects that they believe have been over intellectualized, complicated, misdiagnosed, or outdated.
