About Ecalia
🌍 WHO WE ARE We are Ecalia an energy startup that develops the first scroll compressor with built-in energy recovery for highly efficient heating and cooling in homes and vehicles. We redesign the scroll compressor vapor cycle from first principles. This enabled us to identify several opportunities to use modern technologies and significantly improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 🌍 OUR VISION We want to accelerate the access to more ressource-efficient heating and cooling solutions by bringing the vapor cycle unit of the future as early as possible to market. The world a more sustainable place where heating and cooling consumes less energy then today. Did you know that in Germany around half of energy consumption is used for heating and cooling? 🌍 Curious what our next steps are? Interested in a cooperation on R&D and pilot testing? Contact us!
