Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) is offering three merit-based scholarships to support minority students preparing for a career related to environmental issues for sophomores and juniors enrolled Fall 2026 at an HBCU in the Mid-Atlantic or South.

The Environmental and Energy Study Institute (EESI) is a nonprofit organization established in 1984 by a bipartisan Congressional caucus to provide timely, credible information for policymakers and influential stakeholders, and promote innovative environmental and energy solutions. Today, our mission is to advance science‐based solutions for climate change, energy, and environmental challenges in order to achieve our vision of a sustainable, resilient, and equitable world.
