At Field Verified, our field experience comes from decades spent in both the field inspection of new and existing buildings and as contractors performing the work. We are a leading edge provider of Building Envelope Commissioning Services because the individuals that comprise our team have been responsible for building envelope quality assurance on hundreds of projects. Our Lean business philosophy will be evident in our Not-To-Exceed pricing. We contract out the large overhead items that raise the hourly rates of other firms and our use of proprietary reporting eliminates administrative costs associated with reporting.
