We are a medium-sized company with a large portfolio - few companies can offer a team with the depth and breadth of relevant sector and local experience. As the largest construction management firm based in Charlotte County, FPC focuses on commercial and institutional projects in the local Southwest Florida market. Over 75% of our volume is CM @ Risk delivery method for repeat clients. We’ve completed projects ranging from $500k - $50m in both public and private sectors.
