Fusion for Energy and Gauss Fusion signed a collaboration agreement to support their respective projects through knowledge exchange in areas such as tritium breeding, superconducting magnets, or advanced materials.

Fusion for Energy (F4E) is the European Union’s Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy. Our mission is threefold: •Delivering first-of-a-kind fusion projects like ITER, the world's largest fusion experiment, JT-60SA, DONES by parterning with European industry and laboratories to provide technologies and expertise. • Developing the talent and knowledge for the construction and operation of commercial fusion power plants in Europe. • Paving the way for a transition from research to a competitive European industrial fusion sector that can drive economic growth. Its pool of talent and expertise, together with its unparalleled access to industry and fusion laboratories have converted F4E into an innovation hub that brings together Europe’s fusion community. F4E is established for a period of 35 years from 19 April 2007 and is located in Barcelona, Spain.
