Gunite External Refurbishment delivered a complete External Wall Insulation (EWI) refurbishment programme for St Michael’s C of E School in Birmingham, including concrete repairs, a new 120mm Permarock EWI system, a new fire escape staircase, and enhanced thermal efficiency in line with current building regulations.
