Hankins Construction has been building in St. Louis since 1945. Fourth-generation, family-owned, and still headquartered here. Over 1,000 completed projects. An EMR of .86. A crew that has largely been together for decades: superintendents on since the '90s, brothers who both grew up working here, field staff whose names and faces the owners actually know. We work across general contracting, design-build, and construction management. Our project history runs deep in the markets that matter most to us: K-12 education, municipalities, public safety, healthcare, faith-based organizations, and commercial development. These are publicly funded, publicly visible, high-accountability projects. The owners of these facilities don't have room for a contractor who performs well in the pitch and disappears on the job. Neither do we. Stephen Hankins (LEED AP BD+C) serves as President. Erik Hankins serves as Vice President.
