Our high quality range of home support services include our popular community alarms, giving peace of mind and reassurance to older people, disabled people and other vulnerable people and their families We also offer our services to other organisations. Hanover Telecare is a round-the-clock emergency alarm monitoring call centre with more than 30,000 connections nationwide. Trained operators are on hand 24 hours a day to help a range of users with a wider range of needs. Services offered include lone worker monitoring, safety monitoring for potential domestic violence victims and out of hours property maintenance.
