Her career spans different industries - from banking and consumer goods multinationals to HR tech and hardware startups. Before founding HVRecruitment, Heloisa was the first HR professional at QuintoAndar, where she built the People function from scratch and led Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Culture across the entire company — with 8.5 years dedicated to Technology, including 4 years leading the HRBP team for the Tech organization. HVRecruitment is the next chapter of that journey: combining hands-on experience and strategic insight to support startups and growing companies across Europe and Latin America.
