HWRB | Hotel Wedding Room Blocks is a division of LaMontCo., created to give wedding planners and their clients a dedicated hotel expert, advocate and planning partner. We work exclusively with wedding planners to source, negotiate and manage hotel room blocks for their clients. From identifying the right hotels and comparing proposals to negotiating rates, concessions and contract terms, HWRB manages the hotel process from initial search through contract. Our role goes beyond finding available rooms. We understand the hotel marketplace, know what to ask for, recognize where there is negotiating opportunity and advocate for the planner and their client throughout the process. HWRB works as an extension of the planning team, giving planners access to the hotel expertise, relationships and buying power of LaMontCo. while allowing them to remain focused on the wedding experience they are creating.
