Using a Lean Six Sigma technique called Value Stream Mapping, we capture the current state of an existing process, analyze what steps are creating bottleneckes (waste), and redesign the process to the future state in order to maximize efficiency. The process aligns teams, streamlines communication, and builds a foundation for scaling.
