About ICAN: Positive Programs for Youth
ICAN is a free, out-of-school time program that serves East Valley youth. Since its founding in 1991, ICAN has remained dedicated to its mission to provide access to out-of-school time opportunities that empower all youth and their families to pursue what is most meaningful to them. There are nearly half a million youth living in Arizona, where out-of-school time programs are not accessible. ICAN will lead the way to ensure every child has access in underserved communities.
