Innovative Construction Solutions (ICS) is a general engineering contractor with hazardous waste removal and demolition endorsements licensed in the State of California (License No. 764815 A-HAZ-C21). We provide soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning/demolition, sensitive habitat and waterway restoration and water/wastewater/air pollution treatment services throughout California and Washington state. ICS’ diverse market sectors include environmental engineers and consultants, defense and aerospace, federal government, education, municipalities, public works, utilities, chemical, oil & gas, energy, power, petrochemical, development, and manufacturing. Founded in 1999 by environmental engineering and remedial/general construction professional, the company’s co-founders bring both a technical and practical background to the business, which has served as a model for the development of the organization.
