Installnet managed the entire process from field measurements, inventory, scheduling, installations, completion photos and punch-list items across approximately 50 service providers, while maintaining a centralized tracking system that gave CI Select an up-to-date view of progress across the entire program as well as a standardized rate schedule to provide greater budget predictability as the project scaled.
