Integrity Coaching Ltd appointed Associate Coach Liz Sproat to expand her role over the next few months within the team.

Viv Grant, the Director of Integrity Coaching, brings over 25 years of experience in education and a proven track record of raising standards across the sector. Her impressive achievements include: • Transforming a failing school as one of the youngest Headteachers in the country • Over 15 years as Executive Coach, Public Speaker and Director of Integrity Coaching • Publishing her book “Staying A Head”, which explores key challenges Heads face, and identifies strategies they can adopt • Assisting with the development of EDI programmes, with a particular focus on race, for The Institute of Education, The DfE, The NHS, The Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman, the former NUT and a large number of Local Authorities • Delivering her flagship programme, Race, Identity and School Leadership, to over 250 (predominantly white) School Leaders • Serving as a consultant for the Department for Education and Skills (DfES) • Co-leading national leadership programmes such as NPQH, Leadership Pathways, and Working Together for Success for the National College of School Leadership • Authoring the London Pilot coach training module for the launch of Leadership Pathways, when it was launched in London
