Intersect on FHIR™ is a precision medicine platform built natively on HL7 FHIR R6 — combining remote patient monitoring, telehealth, AI-assisted clinical documentation, and precision genomic medicine in a single integrated architecture. We serve academic medical centers and large integrated health networks with active genomics programs — delivering the infrastructure to make hereditary cardiovascular risk, oncology genomics, and pharmacogenomics actionable at the point of care. Intersect Healthcare Systems holds invited Developer/Implementer membership in HL7 CodeX, with active participation in the GenomicX domain's Molecular Tumor Board and Pathogen Genomics workgroups. We are building to the standards as they are written. Five genomic medicine panels are live today: Pharmacogenomics, Hereditary Breast & Ovarian Cancer, Lynch Syndrome/Colorectal Cancer, Cardiovascular Genetics, and Cardiac Arrhythmia.
