We make 100% Arabica coffee developed with an Israeli coffee R&D lab, roasted in small batches in the Northeast, and finished in Akko, Israel. Every roast is Star-K Kosher certified, with options including ground coffee, whole bean, Keurig-compatible pods, cold brew pouches, and decaf. We also make Galilee Mint Green Tea, sourced in Israel and certified kosher. Our mission is simple: bring proud supporters of Israel together over great coffee, then turn that daily cup into tangible support. Eighteen percent of our profits are donated to organizations protecting Israeli lives, including Belev Echad, Magen David Adom, Friends of the IDF, and Christians United for Israel.
