The ISS Management team has over 25 years experience of delivering innovative and pro-active solutions to the rail and light-rail industry. They are focused on providing a responsive, reliable, high quality service and have a real understanding of the delivery and performance issues facing our clients who include Network Rail, Track Alliances, Blue Chip Rail Contractors and a wide range of other rail specific organisations. We have built a reputation for consistently meeting our clients'​ requirements in the delivery of skilled, experienced, flexible and reliable track and trade teams. Our workforce is in excess of 950 primary sponsored staff comprising track, Civils, trades, OLE, S&T, Ecology, Site Lighting and white collar staff. Our delivery capability is further supported by an in-house team of health and safety, quality environmental and sustainability specialists.
