JOTAIN’s steel-supply business began in 1999. Jotain Materials Co., Ltd., the operating company behind today’s JOTAIN Materials brand, was incorporated in Hangzhou in 2004. JOTAIN Materials supplies alloy steel round bars and application-ready processed forms to industrial buyers worldwide. Our supply model separates three production layers clearly: • JOTAIN-owned downstream processing, including quenching and tempering, straightening, peeling or turning, centerless grinding, sawing, chamfering and bar preparation • equity-backed upstream mill supply • qualified partner routes for order-specific operations, confirmed before quotation Core grade families include 42CrMo4 / 4140, 40Cr, CK45 / 1045, 34CrNiMo6, 35CrMo and 65Mn. Supply conditions may include as-rolled, heat-treated, peeled, ground and semi-finished forms. Each RFQ is reviewed against the actual specification, dimensions, delivery condition, application, inspection scope, documentation, packing and destination. Production responsibility and capability boundaries are confirmed order by order.
