JUMP (Justice and Upward Mobility Project) is an initiative to catalyze First and Second Chance access to education, employment and economic mobility for youth and adults who are justice impacted. JUMP provides personal leadership development, skill-building programs, and employment opportunities in the sports, entertainment, and business communities. JUMP works with local, state, and federal policymakers to remove barriers that prevent educational and employment opportunities for people who have had justice involvement; develops film and media campaigns to reshape narratives and deep cultural stigmas; and builds local ecosystems across the country to develop stakeholder coalitions that foster First and Second Chance employment opportunities.
