Junior Einsteins Science Club® is an award-winning global leader in primary STEM education systems. Founded in Dublin by award-winning STEM education leader Tracey-Jane Cassidy MA MSc , we cultivate curiosity, creativity and confidence through high-energy, screen-free, hands-on and inquiry-based science learning. Now operating in Ireland, the UK, Luxembourg, Ukraine, Canada and Saudi Arabia, we help international and independent schools deliver consistently high-quality STEM education. Our Cognia-aligned STEM EdTech platform equips teaching teams to run engaging, practical and wonderfully messy sessions with their own staff—not visiting instructors. Schools can embed the programme in the curriculum, strengthen existing provision, or deliver it through ECAs and after-school enrichment, enabling them to become recognised leaders in STEM. We scale through two proven models. Our school partnership model provides primary schools with the systems, content and support to deliver excellent STEM at scale. Our franchise network provides entrepreneurs with a structured, ready-to-run STEM education business, including tested session content, marketing tools and continuous support. Everything we do is rooted in real engagement: we teach children how to think, not what to think. Tracey-Jane been recognised by Ireland’s Department of Foreign Affairs, and won the Richard Branson Virgin Media Business Award. Tracey-Jane spoke at the United Nations General Assembly in 2020 and will speak at CERN in Geneva in November 2026. Through RAIST—the Royal Academy of International Science Trust—Junior Einsteins contributes STEM webinars for girls globally in support of United Nations-linked initiatives.
