Keystone Alliance is an ecosystem of nonprofit organizations, services, and initiatives, working together and with the field as a collaborative force to help nonprofits strengthen and sustain their missions. We were founded in 2009 when Glenkirk and Search360 joined forces to consolidate back office functions into a shared platform and new organizational structure. What began as a strategy to maximize resources has grown into a powerful model of collaboration and thought partnership, one we leverage internally and extend to the field. Who We Are: Today, we remain the parent organization of Glenkirk and Search360, two leading nonprofits that share a mission to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Keystone provides their shared governance and operational backbone, enabling them to focus on their missions while benefiting from centralized infrastructure, strategic leadership, and collaborative thought partnership. What We Do: We support our founding organizations and the larger nonprofit community through two service offerings: ➤ Keystone Shared Services: Our comprehensive, integrated platform of critical back office functions, including finance, HR, IT, payroll, and compliance. ➤ Mission + Strategy: Our consulting division, a leading thought partner in strategic advising and merger and partnership support.
