Great advice on demand. 👀 Set up in Autumn 2025, Kin is at seed stage: we've gained positive interest as we validate the product and its founding partnerships in the UK. Early signals are promising, and we’re expanding research tests with select organisations who want to be early adopters and partners. 📍Now recruiting: 🎓 University students, lecturers, specialists and employability teams. 🥇 Employers interested in changing L&D cultures and mentoring spaces for their industry like never before. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Community organisations serving young people, diverse or isolated people, working class communities, and career-changers. We’re interviewing and selecting our Founding 50 Mentors. This is more than a “blue tick.” It is a chance to shape, test, and challenge Kin from day one so the product is refined by people, for all kinds of people. We welcome mentors of any age, background, and experience. The only common denominator is the instinct to give back. If you have the willingness to help, share what you know, or simply lend an ear, you are our kind of mentor. We believe a small nudge in the right direction can change a path, especially when it comes from someone who has just done it before. Kin is built on social trust so everyone in the UK can access opportunity fairly. What is access-equity? Access-equity means everyone has a fair chance to reach the people, knowledge, and support they need to move forward. Too often, the gap begins in adolescence and follows people for life. Kin is here to change that by making guidance easy to reach, not reserved for the well connected.
