Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust announced that Dr Gareth Thomas will serve as interim CEO until a permanent appointment is made into the Chief Executive Officer role.

The Trust provides mental health, learning disability, autism and community based services for the whole of Lancashire and South Cumbria with a population of around 1.8 million people.
