LaserData is building next-generation real-time data infrastructure for the AI era. Modern streaming systems have optimized for throughput and scale. But in real-world systems, performance is defined by tail latency, unpredictability, and how systems behave under pressure. We’re rethinking message streaming from first principles to deliver: - Predictable, ultra-low latency performance - Consistent behavior under real-world load - Efficient, high-performance data movement LaserData is built on top of Apache Iggy (Incubating) — a high-performance, persistent message streaming engine written in Rust, capable of processing millions of messages per second per node. We donated Iggy to the Apache Software Foundation (Feb 2025) to establish an open, community-driven foundation for next-generation streaming infrastructure. Our mission is simple: make real-time systems not just fast — but predictable.
