In June 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the merger of three subsidiaries of the LDz Group. As part of the reorganisation, LDZ CARGO absorbed LDZ Rolling Stock Service and LDZ Logistics. From 3 October 2025, LDZ CARGO has taken over all commercial activities of the merged entities, becoming an even stronger and more competitive company in the Baltic region.
