Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that builds, connects, and celebrates community leaders through education and training, information, events, and networking. Since LAA's inception in 1993, its participants have made a significant impact by participating in community projects, serving on non-profit boards, and becoming involved in local government. Our mission is to provide people of diverse backgrounds with the education, resources, and networks necessary to become successful proactive leaders. LAA develops and nurtures community trustees who improve the quality of life in Anne Arundel County by convening diverse stakeholders, bridging their divides, and facilitating resolutions for the common good.
