We want nothing more than to see our program graduates excel in every aspect of their leadership and our innovative real-world curriculum gives them the proven tools to do just that. Leadership Development University online and virtual hybrid programs are grounded in Appreciative Inquiry, a technique for gaining a deeper understanding of the world around us. The Q&A sessions are recorded just in case someone misses one. Two private virtual leadership coaching sessions for each participant, ensuring competency development at a granular level in the day-to-day work. Participants’ Supervisor/Manager Coaching Guide. We know that the support of our learners is a key factor for success, which is why we’ve developed a Coaching Guide for the program participants’ Supervisors/Managers.
