The Leadership Execution Institute is an independent research organization focused on understanding why leadership behavior drifts in modern workplaces and how organizations can strengthen consistency through evidence-based systems. Our work examines the behavioral patterns that influence decision quality, alignment, and execution reliability as expectations rise and pressure increases drift. We study how leaders think, decide, and behave in environments where information volume, operational complexity, and artificial intelligence are reshaping expectations at every level.
