Leadership Greater Hartford is a mission-driven nonprofit organization that develops, connects, and inspires divers and effective leaders to build inclusive, vibrant communities. For 40 years we've served the community by offering leadership training to people from a variety of backgrounds, including corporate, small business, nonprofit, government and academia. Our goal has been to positively change both the lives of the leaders we train and the lives of those in our community. Our program participants learn invaluable skills and make lasting connections to other aspiring leaders, both of which materialize into real-world efforts to positively affect the Greater Hartford community.
