Legacy Vault Pro is a UK-based digital estate planning platform built specifically for business owners. We are not a password manager. We do not access your accounts. We do not store login credentials. We document your accounts in enough detail that someone else can begin the formal process of managing them when you no longer can. The platform covers 302 pre-populated accounts across 10 categories, with a framework for appointing Digital Executors, leaving account-specific instructions, and maintaining an up-to-date record through our check-in system. It is also for their families. Their business partners. The people who will be left to deal with the consequences if nothing is documented. Why We Built It The gap between what people assume is covered and what is actually covered is significant. Most business owners believe their Will or their LPA handles their digital accounts. Neither does. A Will deals with assets. Most digital accounts are not assets in the legal sense. They are access rights, governed by terms of service agreements that expire on death. Under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, accessing a deceased person's accounts without authorisation is a criminal offence in the UK. That applies to a spouse. It applies to a business partner. The people left behind face a choice between acting quickly and risking criminal liability, or following the formal process and watching the business suffer. Legacy Vault Pro closes that gap. It gives business owners a structured way to document their digital life, appoint someone to manage it, and leave clear instructions. Most people who need this already know they need it. The only thing this requires is a few hours and the willingness to spend them now rather than leave the problem for someone else to inherit.
