LF Energy is an open source initiative driven by the Linux Foundation to create and enable collaborative open source projects focused on the needs of the energy sector. As a foundation, LF Energy provides a neutral environment for companies, agencies, utilities, universities, and governments worldwide to collectively create and support the digital foundations of the future electrical grid. Digitalization will facilitate the electrification of everything, enabling electric mobility, the transition to renewable energy, and supporting radical energy efficiency in how we use and consume electricity.
