Literacy Source teaches free adult basic education classes. With a strong professional staff and 200 volunteers, Literacy Source provided over 40,000 hours of small group and individualized instruction for 685 adult learners. Our learners range in age from 19 to 89, speak 52 languages, and represent over 50 nations. They come to Literacy Source to learn, to achieve, and to live a better life. Literacy Source is always accepting new volunteers to work as classroom assistants, tutors, and in other capacities in the office.
